This is a very organized operation that books quickly. You can get special fares so book on line to decrease the wait times. Getting there is half the fun on these ships; we sat at the top which gave great views. Its super hot during the day & very cool at night so dress accordingly. Clean & well maintained catamarans, Loved this ferry ride over!

The boat was clean, on time and well run! The ticket counter attendant and the crew were all very friendly and helpful. And as a bonus, I had a wonderful conversation with a couple and a college student who sat next to me. I will definitely use Catalina Express again!
