I bought 2 tickets to go to Catalina island for my wife's birthday, which we we're both excited about. We woke up very early to make it to Long Beach for the earliest departure only to find out the viator booking was a reservation to make another reservation. We had to wait several hours at the port for the next available departure for us. I've never had this issue with other 3rd party booking sites. Terrible experience overall.

This is a nice way to travel to Catalina. They are very organized and the check in, boarding and de-boarding process was smooth. Always been smooth. The crew is cool, no drama or problems. I just wish there was a less expensive way to get to the island.As they are really expensive, $96 per Adult. They have a monopoly on the sea travel. Its a bit crowded. We could go to Catalina more often should they have lower prices. The island is a national treasure and preservation is not funded by our traveling there or paying this boat ride. But so far as the ride goes-- smooth. NO real complaints. Bathrooms clean...

Great experience! I enjoyed taking my son for his first time to Catalina Island. The best part of it is that he really enjoyed himself. We spent the day touring, eating and golf carting around the island. Thank you!! Til next time!!
