It isn't clear that the trip isn't really booked. Get your ticket and Your ticket is Inside is not accurate. We took the email to the designated place and we were told we didn't have a ticket and that our trip was sold out. We re-grouped and went stand by in both directions. We were attending a VERY important meeting and almost missed it because you are not clear. Your statement at the end of the email should be the first thing you say. " Your ticket is not confirmed until you call Catalina Express." Why should I call you to pay and book and then call them to book? 2 calls when I should just call the vendor first and leave you out.

Enjoyable ferry ride and service with a nice Bloody Mary !! Once there we did the 2 hour eco tour with Shawn absolutely marvelous !!
