Original trip canceled due to storms. They said they would try later in the day, I agreed hoping it would clear up. It was still storming at new time, and the radar looked bad for the next 3 hours. We didn't feel safe taking 3 kids out into a stormy ocean, and felt the quality of the trip would suck because of it. When I voiced this to the representative, she was very rude and said "I'm not a weatherman, you'll just have to go and see what it's like." Go to a different company, your safety is not thought about with this one, only selling those seats and taking your money.
