Cycle To NYC's Top Sites In One Day

Overview
From Central Park to Brooklyn Bridge to Ground Zero, we'll see it all! This is not a tour for beginner cyclists. This a tour for confident, urban cyclists. We'll cover around 25 miles (40 km) over 6 hours. The pace will be brisk but not back-breaking or exhausting. We'll stick to designated bike lanes, but please understand, we cannot do this exclusively. This a tour for the adventurous of spirit. You'll see so many of NYC's most iconic spots and as they were intended to be seen: from the street. We'll take lots of breaks where you can get off the bikes, walk around and I will find you lots of photo ops to make you Instagram feed POP!

I'll keep you safe and you'll never risk wasting time getting lost. I'll also keep you entertained and provide history, context and local color. By the end of the day, you'll feel the burn, but be ready to feast in one of NYC's great restaurants—guilt free, you earned it!

We started with a tour in central park, with some nice fun facts for kids and dad. Scott listens to see what are the expectations and interest and builds the tour onto that knowledge. We had a great tour further through south towards China Town (Lunch) and Brooklyn (great sights on Manhattan from the Brooklyn sight - kind of must do). Ending the nice day in Manhattan itself. Kids (9/12/17) loved to see it all and being allowed to take pictures any time or spent some time (refreshing run through fountains, ..)

We had 2 days in NYC and since our time was limited, I was concerned that I had dedicated a full day to Scotts Tour... however, he never disappointed us. This tour is exceptional in every way, his in depth knowledge of the area (names, dates) was mindblowing.. Scott is like an "energized encyclopedia", you will leave having a detailed yet colorful understanding of every corner covered in NYC, her founders and her people, past and present. He was flexible and knew exactly were to take us for the best Pizza in Brooklyn. We had both been to NYC previously but seeing it through the eyes of a well informed local with such a great personality - gave us a whole new perspective. We will definitely be back for another 6hr cycle tour with Scott of all the areas we never got to cover. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a memorable, personalized tour in a class of its own.
