Not happy! We had a great experience on the boat and captain and deck hand were amazing! However, we booked for my husband and I our 6 year old and our infant, our 6 year old got sick the night before and was not able to attend so he and our infant stayed behind with family! Owner would not refund just $50 for the children! So they got a $70 tip essentially!

We explained that since you booked through Tripadvisor/Viator, you would need to contact them directly for the refund. They are a third party booking company and they have your credit card information on file. We do not have access to your credit card to issue you a refund. We had such a fantastic time on the Footloose! The tour guide was so sweet, and our bar tender was amazing! Definitely will be doing this again! Very much worth the money!

This tour was so much fun and worth the money. The crew was pleasant and friendly and Captain Gordon played some great music which made the experience even better. Shell Island was really pretty and we did get to see a few dolphins.I would definitely recommend this activity and I will probably do it again if I get the chance.
