Myself, my husband and my mother went on the snorkel and dolphin tour. I have previously snorkeled there on my first visit with another charter without mishap. We went out to shell Island and were expecting to be put in 5 ft water as described in the description and instead were dropped in well over 10 ft. The captain said it was a little deeper but if you swim 2 strokes you would be at 5ft. My mother jumped and went down when she resurfaced a minute later she was screaming for help. The crew did not respond.My husband who is 6'4 300lb never touched bottom after jumping off the boat and couldn't reach her. Another passenger tried to throw her a life vest but the wind caught it and blew it out 30 more feet out to the ocean. I was told by the captain that somebody better go get the life jacket and not lose it. They did not try to help in any way. I jumped, swam out to deeper water to get the vest and then had to swim another 100 yards to get to her. My husband got to her before me thankfully. It was a terrible experience and my mother refused to get in the water the rest of our trip. The boat ride itself was nice but that was about it.

Had a great experience today with this crew. First time using this company and will definitely will be back. Our kids said it was the best thing ever.

This trip was worth every penny! Great boat, good music and Captain Heath and Ryan were awesome! We sailed to shell Island were they had a banana boat, huge inflatable slide, trampoline, see-saw, kayaks, paddle boards and so much more! Every one in our group was highly entertained (ages 2-40). Ended the trip with a dolphin watch. We will go again! Also, it was nice that they had a canopy on the beach, covered area on the boat and bathrooms.
