We went on this snorkel cruise with young children, 5 and 11, and 1 non-swimming adult. We did get to see dolphin in the gulf up close but the rest of the trip was not so great. The boat moved at a snails pace, the description of the trip said we would anchor in 3 foot of water which would have been great for our non-swimmer, don't know how deep, but no one touched bottom when we jumped in, so the non-swimmer didn't get off the boat. Also, the description said there would paddle boards to try but we were informed when we got on the boat there was no paddle boards, which really disappointed the 11 year old. My opinion, if there is a group of people, rent a pontoon and do the same thing except for going out into the gulf, it would have been much better. I am attaching a picture of the the tour description.

Hi Barry,
Sorry you didn't enjoy the Snorkel trip. Everyone has their own opinion of the trip and obviously you did not have fun. The area where we go is very shallow, but depending on wind directions and current, the Captain will decide the best location to set the anchor. If initially you got off in 5 ft of water, the shallow water was just next to the boat.
Thank you,
