What To Expect
1
Capitol Reef National Park
Join us for a drive through Capitol Reefs back country to a scenic paradise of desert landscapes in our luxury 4X4 vehicle through cathedrals, temples, buttes and hoodoos that will get you away from most all of the park’s visitors. We’ll ford the Fremont River and stop at the Bentonite Hills, walk around, take pictures, talk about the geology and history of the area, stop at viewpoints along the way and enjoy the solitude, visit the iconic Temples of the Sun and Moon, see geological oddities such as Glass Mountain and ancient lava flows. This trip has tons of photographic opportunities and is missed by most visitors to Capitol Reef due to its remote location and often times challenging roads. If you're looking for a Jeep tour of Capitol Reef give us a shot, we don't drive Jeep but have more comfortable luxury vehicle to accommodate larger groups, enjoy the air conditioning on those hot summer days or enclosed SUV with a heater for the chilly days! We do winter tours as well.

Jason and Elisabeth were excellent tour guides. Highly knowledgeable and informative. Excited to actually see dinosaur bones. Would never have visited cathedral valley without them. Highly recommend them.

Canyonlands is huge national park, and we are so glad that we were able to spend time with Jason of Waterpocket Adventure exploring several remote, extraordinarily picturesque areas of the park. Jason was an utmost professional, drove an impeccably clean 4x4, and generously shared his extensive knowledge of the park's history and geology. For visitors who have an interest in visiting less-accessible parts of Canyonlands, we highly recommend Jason as a guide.

We had a fantastic half-day tour with Jason of Waterpocket Adventure Company. Due to the washouts and closures of other roads leading to Cathedral Valley, he took us over the Thousand Lakes Mountain route. We were able to see beautiful fall foliage while on the mountain before our first view of the area. Jason was very knowledgeable of the history and geology of the valley and Capitol Reef National Park. Highly recommend!
