This is a 3 hour tour. Yes, just like the SS Minnow if Gilligan and the Captain were taking you on a tour of the macabre, on land, in Philly. You WILL get your money's worth. Terry was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. We were able to verify everything he was talking about real time from our phones when he encouraged us to look on YouTube. He was entertaining enough to keep us all in on a hot, humid day in the middle of July. When we got to Christ Church cemetery, Bob took over and he was really funny. Hard to make something so dark funny, but he nailed it. The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the end. We finished the tour then went to JJ Bootleggers. SKIP THIS PART IF YOU CAN. The "free drink" they lure you into the bar for is a really crappy shot of fruit juice flavored "moonshine". It's actually a cup of lies to get you to spend money at this place. Don't fall for it. The food is typical bar food and the service was terrible. They will be getting a separate review. No wonder they need tours to bring them business. Yeesh.

Thank so much for your great review of Terry and of Bob on your Serial Killers Tour Of Philadelphia. They both have history degrees and have been at this for a long time, and we do our best to hire the best history teachers and professors we can so A Tourist In Philadelphia coming to us can get a much more comprehensive outlook on our rich history here than others that may be working from a script, which we clearly do not. This particular tour is very comprehensive and includes a couple of tour guides as you'd mentioned so we have rotated a few different stops for a beverage at the end. Other establishments have offered us a beer at the end which I prefer on a hot day. The place you mentioned has been very gracious in giving our guests mixology demonstrations for our groups on our Prohibition Tour Of Philadelphia and is a moonshine bar obviously. You're right that an ice tea or beer would be much better at the end of a hot day on a Sightseeing Tour Of Philadelphia. I can't thank you again enough for your kind words on out Walking Tour Guides and if there is anything we can do to get you on any of our other tour varieties don't hesitate to let us know and thank you again for your Walking Tour Review!

I took this tour with my parents and we had a great time! Our guide, Joe, had some really awesome stories and obviously knows his stuff. I'm not usually into historic tours, but this one had a good balance of Philly history, serial killer stories and even a ghost story in there!

Ted was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable!! It was a great mix of history, serial killer facts, and a few twists included. This is a pg13 tour at best lol but they warm you up front and my daughter (21) and I (44) really enjoyed it. I highly recommend. Thank you!!
