To book multi-passenger vehicles for this tour, check out our "Centipede Tour - Guided Arizona Desert Tour by UTV." You will experience some of the best trails Arizona has to offer. Conveniently located just north of Phoenix at the base of the breathtaking Bradshaw Mountains. Our tours create a scenic and educational journey amid the rugged Arizona landscape, with opportunities to see abundant desert wildlife. You will be with us for up to 3-hours total. Up to 1-hour check-in followed by up to 2 hours of training & riding.

They were overbooked by a lot. Our training time was 11 AM, but we didn’t start until 12:30, then only had 15 minutes of training with a 15 minutes of practice before we went into the mountainous desert. Before purchasing online, it stated we’d have a full hour of training.. Due to the long wait they ended up grabbing some of their non-tour guides to take groups out to the mountain. Our tour guide was fun, encouraging and tried his best- but he was a mechanic, so he just didn’t have the experience teaching newbies how to use an ATV. The terrain was very challenging and we had some mishaps. Samuel from the crew prevented a severe injury so we were grateful. I’d recommend anyone who is fearful of heights and curvy terrains to use the UTV. The crew overall was very nice and accommodating. This was a fun and challenging experience, just gave a 3/5 due to the overbooking and under-training.

I decided to book something adventurous for my husbands birthday and this definitely surprised him. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. They give you goggles, a sock mask for your face and a helmet. A introduction to riding ATVS and some practice time. After that you are in a group of about 10+ people with a guide at the front of the line and someone usually in the back of the line making sure everyone is safe and doing ok on the ride. The staff was all pretty awesome and helpful and made sure everyone was safe. However, the trail itself is not for beginners. That was the only scary and most important part I wish i knew. Thankfully we made it through but it was nerve wrecking going up steep slopes and down and some narrow trails that were high up the mountains. If you’ve never done this before it’s quite scary. There was a guy who flipped his ATV over going up. Thankfully he was ok. I don’t recall reading any reviews mentioning how rigorous the trail is but I hope it helps prepare others. Now that we’ve done it we will be more comfortable the next time knowing what to expect. All in all I do recommend it to others who are looking for something adventurous.

This was a fantastic experience. Bryan was patient with the inexperienced and let those who had experience (me) air- it- out at bit. Be ready to getting dusty and dirty, but also be ready to have a great time in the desert!
