We had a booking for 10am. After we completed our sign in, we were made to wait around until about 10:45am. They began their training late. The training, practice course ride,and actual guided tour all was done by 12pm which makes it just a little over an hour of ride time & complete experience. That is only a third of what we thought we paid and signed up for.
When we brought up our concern the staff kept acknowledging that it was a 3 hour experience, but ignored the fact it was only 12pm. This also included nearly an hour of waiting around for others which meant nearly 2 hours cut short from the total 3 hours.
It was our first time in Phoenix, and the only guided activity booked that we were looking forward to. We left pretty disappointed, confused, and completely disregarded. No one listened to us. The staff can definitely work on their customer service skills especially when someone is bringing up their concern. Be aware if this also happens to anyone else that books with these guys.
I just wish they better managed their time so that people would get the ride time they paid for. I assumed booking a slot meant we start our experience at that time. Not sit and wait around for others to arrive wasting our time & money.
I'd recommend going on a self guided tour instead of the guided tour to ensure you get full ride time that you pay for.
