Holy cow, this experience was fantastic! We ended up stuck in NYC for 24-hours after an airline snafu and are so happy that we found this tour and that they had availability. Fantastic customer service and an absolute must-do for all that travel through New York!

A lot of fun! Comfortable, fast, informative. We were there in November, so it was cold (it even snowed on us a little!), but they offered a nice blanket. Thought it was expensive when I was booking, but saw other vendors charging by the MINUTE in/near the park, so it was a much better deal this way. Most of the guides are foreign-born, so it was not always easy to understand the commentary due to the accent. The carriage is kind of high off the ground, so older people, people with bad knees, or people with balance issues may have difficulty getting in and out for the stops. Overall, very good!
