Calming, relaxing. Driver polite, knowledgeable. Had trouble hearing occasionally cause he couldn't face us and guide horse at same time. He even gave us a few ideas for lunch.

Driver was rude. Didn’t really share information about park. Was talking to some one else. We were a little late because of traffic. We ended up getting out of the taxi early and walking. Driver was upset that we were in the wrong spot

First of all you were not little late we still keep all conversations you were late for 17 minutes and you also didn’t come to right pick up place but actually we texted pick up location and also called you to make sure you can come to right place but you didn’t respond our texts and didn’t pick up your phone . You just called us when you came to the park but you didn’t hear and can’t talk well but with my years of experience people around you i heard them i understood where you were and send my driver there to pick up you to save your time otherwise you couldn’t get right pick up location less than another 10 minutes.And then even though you were late we still gave your full time ride. You supposed to get only about 25-30 minutes ride. And after the ride you said how sorry you are that you can’t hear and talk well because of your physical problems . we said it’s all good we are here to make you happy and you said thank you so much but now i see you are actually very bad person and lied here. Next time don’t get our service please and my suggestion let another person make reservation for you from your family because you are not able to do any communication.
