Our tour guide called me 7 times within the span of 5 minutes and texted relentlessly until we got there. He took us around Central Park very quickly and stopped for one photo op. The tour was over within 30 minutes. When booking, it said 50 minutes and multiple stops to take pictures. It was a cool ride, but we were disappointed in how our tour guide treated us.

Because you were late and we are super busy this time of the year and we don’t want you to loose time from your ride that’s why we called you couple times not 7 do not lie and you booked 40 minutes ride not 50 minutes look carefully and you were late 15 minutes and only 25 minutes left from your ride but we still provided you the same ride just little faster 35 minutes but i see now you didn’t deserve it actually. So whatever do not use our service anymore.
