Driver did not show up at booked time and location, even though everything was confirmed as requested. When contacted driver said he would be 40 minutes late and then wanted us to walk to another location near Times Square with our luggage! Not acceptable for a private transfer service. Had no choice but to get yellow cab and then request refund ( still waiting! ). Would not recommend at all.

we had booked private transfers from JFK to manhattan and then return to Newark. i had contacted the tour operator as requested to confirm pick up dates and times with Christine and Carmel. after a couple of e mails i wrote in my final e mail a full resume of dates/times and where from and where to. on my return journey it was booked for 04:30 am for a 07:55 flight on sunday 11th December. when it didnt turn up i rang the company who told me they didnt have the booking- but when i pressed the situation and gave them a booking number they said they had it for 4:30pm and blamed viator for the confusion. i disputed this as i had emailed the company directly to confirm dates and times. they did eventually send another car but it was a stressful way to start my homeward journey.
