Pick up was very easy! Driver was early, efficient, and helpful. It was morning rush hour yet we still made it in time and safely.

Excellent service from Carmel, taking me from downtown Manhattan to EWR. Was picked up on time (the information received before the pick up was great, including details of the car and driver) and had a very smooth journey in spite of the rush hour traffic. Being able to pay up front for both the ride and tolls/tip took the stress out of end-of-vacation budgeting too. Would happily recommend and use again.
