Excellent service. Kept up to date through emails, was easily able to pay Tolls and tips via the website and car was waiting for us at the exact time provided. Driver was polite, helped with luggage and got us to the airport quickly and safely. Would definitely use Carmel again. Thanks!

I must admit that I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but I needn’t have been. Lin, our driver, was bang on time and before he arrived we were sent a picture of him and his car, so we knew who to look out for. The car was clean and really comfortable. It was slightly more expensive than a NY taxi, but it was worth it for the space and comfort. People have also said they couldn’t get through to them when they phoned. I needed to phone them the day before our transfer as I needed to change the number for them to contact me on. They answered the phone on time and were polite and dealt with the situation professionally. I would definitely recommend.
