We needed a ride to JFK at 4:00 AM. We had been having trouble hailing cabs all weekend even though we were in NYC and were worried about finding a cab so early in the morning. Booked this trip and left our worries behind. Driver showed up early and we were on the road by 3:48AM in a beautiful ride! Great service !

The most horrible company ever . I booked with viator agent 2 days before my trip private minivan from Manhattan to JFK and on the day of my travel I waited and no one shows up and i call the lemo campany called caramel and simply they said sorry we don’t have a car to pick u up ?!!!!!! Iam like what ???? They literally stressed me out with my family to order 2 uber to airport. Very disappointed from their service and no respect or responsibility as they could at least call / txt / email to inform me that they don’t have a car. This company should be removed from the viator website 👎

My reserved, expensive ride DID NOT happen!!! The local contractor claims the reservation wasn’t “confirmed” leaving me high and dry on a rainy cold morning in Manhattan. I was waiting for a refund now. Was able to get a Lyft in 5 minutes for much less money, thankfully. Will NEVER use this service again.
