We had booked this trip in advance of our arrival in New York and were really impressed with correspondence from Viator beforehand. On the day we were contacted by our driver who gave clear instructions on how he could be located. Our drive Fred was extremely friendly and welcoming. He gave a great level of service, explained lots about the history of the park and surrounding environment. He showed us all the sites we’d hoped to see and offered to take lots of photos of us. A lovely guide and thoroughly enjoyable trip with Fred and Horse, Jersey!
