This ride was relaxing n made me feel Luke a queen 😆. John took me for the ride n so did Miranda the horse . Both were amazing John helpful n courteous n Miranda a happy horse . You must the 50 min ride . I must mention that I was supposed to be with him at 4 but got late by ab hour as I could get to the place n had been texting them for ine n half hours trying to locate I didn’t have international roaming so they couldn’t contact - some hitches were there . Best way to reach this place is by subway to 59 th street n back . I recommend the vendor 100 percent

Jon was 10 minutes late and then told us we called and asked to change to 5 pm which was not the case. He never apologized for being late and then did not even give us an entire 50 minute tour, actually ended 10 minutes earlier So we actually had just a 30 minute ride. Very Diane would never recommend NYC ELITE TOIRS.

We are really sad to see that world still has liars like you.Because first of all since you came to the central park you and your friends were not happy to see mostly immigrants running horse carriages and got so pissed off and actually this is a sign for what kind of person you are that I don’t want to say it here . After you gave us 1 star I checked and see that you did this not just to us you also did that for your other services you purchased such as your hotel that you stayed in nyc and you also gave them 1 star . First of all you called and changed your time to 5 pm and then without telling us anything you showed up 11:04 and even though it’s your fault we made you waited only 6 minutes and your ride started at 11:10 and finished in 47 minutes which is average time for this ride and then driver offer you to feed the horse carrot but you didn’t even look his face just turned around and left. We are trying our best to give better service for our guests but unfortunately you who lost a lot in the life and taking revenge this way to make yourself happy but we ll keep up and I wish you can change .it’s never late!!!
