It's very unfortunate that since my son broke his collarbone, we can no longer use our reservation, and they would not offer a refund. Bad policy! I guess I shouldn't have agreed to it, but of course we were not anticipating his accident interfering with our plans. They will allow us to use it within a year, but living 6 1/2 hours away, we have no plan to return again this year. I would not recommend this company to anyone, given our bad experience with not receiving a refund after our son's accident.

My daughter and I did the 4 hour rental and enjoyed a nice day in Central Park. The only complaint I had was that the chain on her bike came off toward the end of our trip, she was unable to pedal and I had to spend time working to get it back on.
