What an awesome experience! Our driver Henry was awesome (and super cute!) and knew so much about everything in the area. Everything went perfectly and we had no problem locating our carriage based on the directions the company provides. It was important to me that we book with a company that genuinely cares for its horses, and I truly believe this company does. The page dedicated to them on their website is precious! We arrived an hour early for the 1-hour tour, and they were more than happy to begin our tour at that time. I had only seen a small part of the park before, and my husband had never been there at all, so it was a great experience for us both. Henry took tons of pics of us at various locations, and Sam the Horse was a sweetheart. The carriage was comfy and really pretty, and thankfully not difficult to get in and out of lol. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting!

Amazing way to end our time in NYC! The reservation process was very easy and email communication was great. Our tour started promptly and our driver was so kind. This tour is a must!

Guide was terrible. He spent most of ride on his phone and several times when he pointed something out we had already passed it and did not get a good look.
