We had made reservations but, sure to inclement weather, the ride was cancelled by the vendor. They notified us by email a couple hours in advance so we could make other plans. They did refund us the payment we had made. They were good about sending reminders of the ride, and had good instructions where to get too the carriage rides. They do offer step stools to assist getting in and out of the carriages.

We had a truly wonderful time on our carriage ride. Our driver and Venus were great. We appreciated how much information he shared. We appreciated that he would stop so that we could get pictures. He also took our pictures at several different locations. He also suggested a wings place for us to eat at and it was a great place. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name.
