As it was POURING rain, we did not go. I tried to contact the bike store several times starting at 7:00am to no avail. When I finally got through at 10 am, they said it wasn’t cancelled and our guide was waiting for us! An e-bike ride in the pouring rain??? They said there would be no refund but offered a credit. We won’t be back to NYC, so it is a worthless credit. Very disappointed in that response!

No customer service. Employees spoken very broken English. Tour guide was 15 minutes late and ended the tour 15 minutes early. Did not receive nor was offered a helmet as stated was provided. Received no instructions on how to use the rental.
