What a great day out in the city exploring NYC Central Park!!! Dan was awesome!! He made it fun for our group of 15 - we're from NJ and got to meet other folks from Germany, Spain and UK - Dan did a wonderful job keeping us all together and making it fun by playing hit songs for each of our countries which I thought was very creative!! Would definitely go again!! The bikes were in great shape and plenty of stops to see all the sites and take a rest if you need to.

Service seamless and easy. Group size of approx 14 was good, anymore would have felt too big. Our guide John was brilliant. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Central Park and Manhattan. Would absolutely recommend this. It was one of the best things I did in New York

The you started with two options when checking in: pay for bike insurance or be charged $1 which is non refundable so that they have your card on file in the event something happens to the equipment. These options are preposterous. I’ve given over credit cards several times but never been forced to pay a nonrefundable fee. This experience tainted the rest of the day. Our guide was pleasant and gave us time to explore, but I wouldn’t recommend this tour/business based on their business practices alone.
