I have done many photo safaris in various places including my city, Mumbai. Our instructor and guide in New York, Zim was by far the best guide I have had. She made everything very simple and cleared a lot of misconceptions that a lot of photo tutorial videos on the internet give out. I got great photos and also saw learned how simple it is to take pictures of something ordinary and of course extraordinary. When I say ordinary it means just signboards, the techniques she taught make those photos memorable. She knows the city well, and that's another big attraction for anyone who wants to do a photo tour. Do it if you like taking good photos and want to click New York. Zim is also funny :) she explains everything with humor and fun, that makes the whole experience very good and positive. Thanks, Zim! Hope I get to do another one with you soon, maybe the night photo safari where I can capture the lights of New York. Good luck !!

This tour/workshop is an incredible way to learn about how to photograph the best sights in NYC along with getting smart about the features of your camera. Zim is an expert in the field and a "veteran" New Yorker with tons of fun vignettes about the city. I took Iconic New York previously and plan to take more tours with Photo Safari!
