Laura was fantastic! Great attitude and knowledgeable guide. She took us to the iconic spots and was great at helping us take pictures.

This is part of Go City all inclusive Pass which I purchased for my trip. My tour was scheduled on 30 Jan 2025 at 12pm. At 4.31 am on the same day I received an email notification that the tour had to be cancelled due to “tour guide” emergency. No further explanation was given. I had to leave US the following day so it was impossible to reschedule Subsequently I was charged for no show. The tour company refused to respond and refund.

This tour was a great way to see Central Park and our guide was informative, friendly and full of good TV and film facts! As with other reviews, the meeting directions are confusing and we nearly missed the tour. Ignore the reference to it being by the entrance to the park - it is not - it is round the corner on Central Park South. The directions also say by the subway entrance - note that the entrance they mean is only marked by lanterns and is not the main entrance to the subway.
