The company overbooked and didn’t tell us until we arrived. I was asked to leave the ghost tour and ask for a refund at the beginning of the walk.

I attended a private virtual tour that was offered as a nighttime social event during an online conference (the conference is normally held in-person in Charleston). Hosting the tour were two people from Bulldog Tours: one served as the tour guide & the other handled the Zoom streaming. The rest of us "attended" online. I wasn't sure how a ghost tour like this would translate to a virtual environment, but it went really well! I definitely got chills while listening to some of the guide's stories. They were very attentive to our questions and moved the camera around as they were walking, so we could see the city. If you can't be there in person, this is the next best thing. I appreciated their enthusiasm and look forward to visiting in person one day.

The Ghost Tour was really neat. Our guide was good. Used my camera and cell phone, when I used cell phone I got 2 pictures in which when I looked at the pictures I was lucky enough to get something in the picture. Before I went believed in ghost a little but , BUT since the Ghost Tour I believe in them now.
