Charleston Ghost & Graveyard Tour
Meet your guide at a central meeting point, then proceed to the graveyard where you will hear about Charleston's spirits and gruesome tales such as: • The ghost of Sue Howard, a grieving mother who prays at the grave of her dead child from the spirit world. Your guide has the picture to prove it. • The Great Nullifier, famous rebel warrior John C. Calhoun. Find out why he and his wife still dance in the street every year, for over 150 years running. • Tales of being buried alive. Doctors in old Charleston didn't take chances with contagious diseases. Fall unconscious in a hospital, wake up in a grave.Learn why the terms saved by the bell and graveyard shift were coined. You will be glad you weren't around when they were. While other walking tours are looking in through the iron fence, you'll be on the inside. Learn the history of Charleston's haunted graveyards and hear tales about famous individuals who found their final resting place in the Holy City. Don't forget your flash cameras. You never know what phantom images you can capture...

Our guide, Stu, had some amazing photos of orbs and images captured by folks who have taken this tour in the past. We had one young woman actually capture a image of an orb on her cell phone as we visited one of the cemeteries. It was an enjoyable tour on a nice warm evening.

It was just ok. I'm wouldn't recommend it. Spent most of the time standing in front of the church and in front of the gate of the grave yard. Skip it

Chris C of Wenonah, New Jersey, we welcome feedback - any feedback, but this does not sound like us. We can't find you in our manifests. We're not doubting your sincerity or good intentions, but there is a possibility you have confused us with another tour company - peace be upon them. Our Ghost & Graveyard Tour always goes into the graveyard at the Circular Congregational Church - always. If your guide did not go into the graveyard (and it truly was our tour), then that would be a major breach of protocol. Please contact Randy Johnson, our Guide Manager, at [email protected], to discuss this in more detail. We want to get to the bottom of this but, more importantly, we want you to be happy. We hope to hear from you soon. Regards.
