Charleston Ghost & Graveyard Tour
Meet your guide at a central meeting point, then proceed to the graveyard where you will hear about Charleston's spirits and gruesome tales such as: • The ghost of Sue Howard, a grieving mother who prays at the grave of her dead child from the spirit world. Your guide has the picture to prove it. • The Great Nullifier, famous rebel warrior John C. Calhoun. Find out why he and his wife still dance in the street every year, for over 150 years running. • Tales of being buried alive. Doctors in old Charleston didn't take chances with contagious diseases. Fall unconscious in a hospital, wake up in a grave.Learn why the terms saved by the bell and graveyard shift were coined. You will be glad you weren't around when they were. While other walking tours are looking in through the iron fence, you'll be on the inside. Learn the history of Charleston's haunted graveyards and hear tales about famous individuals who found their final resting place in the Holy City. Don't forget your flash cameras. You never know what phantom images you can capture...

We took the ghost and graveyard tour with Adam, our guide. He was great. He was an excellent storyteller and was also patient with his guests when they interrupted him. He said he welcome questions, but I would encourage people to ask questions in between visiting each site and not while he’s sharing the history or background at each stop. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience and will definitely do another ghost tour when we visit Charleston again.

Thanks so much for your review! While we do encourage questions on our tour, most guests will wait until we are between stops are after we are done telling a story. Even though there were a few interrupting guests, we are very happy to hear you enjoyed the tour with Adam. He is a master story teller. We look forward to seeing you on another tour in the future! My husband and I signed up for the Ghost and Graveyard Tour after finding out that the Haunted Jail Tour had sold out. At first we were a little disappointed, but we ended up having a very nice evening thanks to our guide, Carol. She was fun, told ghost stories the way they are meant to be told, and kept us entertained despite the hot, rainy weather. No matter on which side of the fence you stand regarding a belief in the paranormal, the stories told and the evidence shared on this tour, are well worth a listen and a glance. We definitely recommend this experience!

Thanks so much for your review! The Haunted Jail Tour is very popular and does often sell out fairly quickly. We are pleased you joined us on the Ghost and Graveyard though. Your guide is who makes the tour memorable, and at Bulldog we employ the best, like Carol! Thanks again for visiting with us and we look forward to seeing on the Jail tour in the future! The tour was wonderful and even though it rained and stormed a little Adam pushed on. He was well informed and a great guide. Loved it
