Charleston Ghost & Graveyard Tour
Meet your guide at a central meeting point, then proceed to the graveyard where you will hear about Charleston's spirits and gruesome tales such as: • The ghost of Sue Howard, a grieving mother who prays at the grave of her dead child from the spirit world. Your guide has the picture to prove it. • The Great Nullifier, famous rebel warrior John C. Calhoun. Find out why he and his wife still dance in the street every year, for over 150 years running. • Tales of being buried alive. Doctors in old Charleston didn't take chances with contagious diseases. Fall unconscious in a hospital, wake up in a grave.Learn why the terms saved by the bell and graveyard shift were coined. You will be glad you weren't around when they were. While other walking tours are looking in through the iron fence, you'll be on the inside. Learn the history of Charleston's haunted graveyards and hear tales about famous individuals who found their final resting place in the Holy City. Don't forget your flash cameras. You never know what phantom images you can capture...

Did this tour with, "Christmas Carol," and and had a great time. As Bulldog Tours has permission to enter the graveyard, rather than stand outside, makes it a unique experience. Carol knows the history and it certainly shows. Be sure and take multiple pictures because you will never know if there is something you may capture with out knowing until you study them. Also do not hesitate to ask questions. If Carol doesn't know the answer she will certainly find the answer for you. On your trip to Charleston be sure to sign up fro this tour.

Thanks so much for your review! It is a great privilege for Bulldog to be able to offer admittance into the Circular Church Graveyard after dark for all those willing to go in. In the colonial era, NOBODY would ever go into a graveyard after dark in fear of who or what would follow them out. Today, it stands as sacred and historical piece of land for us to share with the world. We always encourage pictures and questions while on tour. Thanks again for joining us on the Ghost and Graveyard Tour! Andrew Kuhn Tour Guide Manager

The tour guide was nice and great with kids. My 10 year old really liked him and his stories. From an adult perspective, I found the tour a little boring and I didn’t like all the fake doctored pictures being shown for each location visited. I felt is cheapened the tour.

As for the photographic paranormal evidence shared on tour by your guide, we have some news that might disturb you. All of those pictures are real! Every single one! None of them are fake. None of them are doctored. We vouch for the authenticity of each and every one of them. Many thanks for the kind words concerning your guide as well as the thoughtful feedback. We have followed up with him and he is upping his game. We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy each tour, adults and kids alike. Please come back and visit us again - and, hopefully, we'll have some more ghost pictures to share.
