Check in was easy and tour was on time. The tour guide Grace B. was admittedly brand new. She was very nice, but needs some work on delivery for ghost tour. (Keep up the good work Grace) . Seeing Charleston at night from this perspective was pretty cool.

Jack Kelly was a wonderful guide. What a great experience. We are a family of cousins visiting from California and Western North Carolina. And I being from WNC had never been to Charleston in all the travels I have had. Highly recommend

My sister and I went on the 7:30 pm Ghost and Graveyard Tour on April 1. We were both thoroughly excited! Our tour guide was Kelli. Kelli relocated to Charleston from Chicago 8 months ago. While she was friendly it felt as though Kelli read a manuscript and simply repeated the verbiage. She isn't local, didn't really provide many details, barely had any photographs to show us. Within the first 15 minutes 2 of our group members walked away. I would be lying if I didn't say that walking away crossed my mind many times! The tour could have been better if pictures were provided. We did a carriage tour earlier that day and learned so much more information. Even when walking by the same sites she would provide a little information but nothing compared to what we learned earlier in the day. (I am specifically referencing Dead End Road). Some positive notes, the meeting location worked well. The tour ended a ways away and Kelli offered for people to walk back with her. She even provided more information on that walk.

Tricia, Thanks so much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in the tour. Our guides are trained to not actually rely on pictures for their tours. Some are shared, but it is not often. The reason is due to the fact that showing pictures lends itself to "proving" in the existence of ghosts and the paranormal. While we are believers, not everyone on the tours are and we are not in the position to attempt to convert people into believers. We share stories and leave it to each and every guest to walkaway believing anything they care to. As to the reference to "Dead End Road," we are not sure what your carriage driver told you, but we can assure you there is no street or nickname of any street in Charleston given that moniker.
