Overall a very good tour with lots of Charleston info along the way. It's too bad we couldn't get closer to some of the sights but that would have stretched it further than the hour and half - which is understandable. One bonus on our tour was the timing of a container ship coming to port. That was cool! The only real miss was that the A/C on the lower deck felt like it needed a recharge. You'll want to be up top anyway for the tour. I'd recommend this tour overall.

I was traveling solo and I met another lady who was also traveling alone. It was soo hot and the boat had no cover, fans, or misters. Thankfully it had a bar. I did enjoy what little I heard of what the captain was saying. There was entirely too much conversation going on around me and impossible to hear him. I had no sunblock and it was absolutely necessary. Thirty minutes into it, I was hoping it was over. The heat was absolutely unbearable. Overall I would not recommend it. Perhaps during the winter months it would be better.

This was a good experience overall. Some suggestions: everyone packed in on the top of the cruise ship, so there was no good way for us to purchase beverages. Perhaps someone on the cruise could take a drink order for those who are inside the boat.
