Very informative, relaxing, and beautiful!! The staff was very helpful with my parents in wheelchairs. They pushed them up and down the ramp.

I booked my cruise on the Carolina Belle. The scenery was great, and the running commentary from Capt Trip regarding the historical background of the Harbor area , as well as his "pun"ishing humor made the time go much too fast. I love history and watercraft,so this was a real treat for me. Shout out to the Ticket Office - due to a cancelled attraction visit elsewhere, I asked if I could book an earlier cruise. It took this gentleman all of about 20 seconds to move up my time from 7;00 PM to 3:30 PM. Jim and Mel worked their tails off to give great service. I was in the area on vacation, and I actually turned 65 the day of the cruise. What a great Birthday memory !!!
