The entire boat ride was enjoyable ... smooth, informative, scenic, just a great time! The staff was wonderful too, every single one. Very professional!

The boat ride was fun and interesting. The communication and customer service were lacking. They cancelled by scheduled time and never told me. I didn't find out until I arrived at the dock and nobody was there including employees. They claimed they emailed me, but I never received it. I had to rearrange our itinerary because if this and never received an apology.

in the future, if you want better communication, you should book directly and not through a 3rd party. We can only reach out through the way you booked and you should always check your communication through that portal.

Our tickets were purchased together with a Palmetto Carriage tour (supposed to be cheaper) but our boat ride got postponed first (and we had to reschedule our dinner reservations) and then the boat ride got cancelled and I was told the refund price and I could have booked separately and saved more. I am only getting $24.00 back per person for the boat when I paid $80.44 for a combo tickets for adults. If the carriage ride that we were able to take was $50.00 and the boat ride was $37 but I am only being refunded $24.00 for the boat for 7 adults someone made out on this deal and it wasn't me! It was a rip off. I also purchased two kids combo tickets at $59.62 each but I am only being refunded $15 (again we got the carriage ride). Go with Old South Carriage Company (we did last year and it was great). Book separately, NOT WITH THE COMPANY THAT SELLS YOU A COMBO TICKET. THE ARE GETTING A BIG CUT!!!!!

This is absolutely untrue. Your harbor tour was cancelled due to weather. Carriage Tours cost $50 per adult alone! You paid $74 + tax at the old combo rate, which is now $80+. We refunded you $29 per adult ticket plus fees. This is more than fair for a cancellation for weather. Tickets are typically non refundable and we allow reschedule, but in your instance, you were refunded a more than fair amount.
