The entire trip, nearly two hours, we were nauseated by carbon monoxide exhaust fumes. At first, you do not realize what it is. The driver, Alan, had his window down the whole time, to save himself. He knew there was a problem, because when I told him I thought there is fumes coming in, he said “oh, someone else said....”, and stopped. He then said he wouldn’t, take that buss again. They say you are not supposed to be able to smell exhaust, but this was bad enough to debunk that. 11/21/19.

We are sorry you smelled exhaust fumes during your tour. We rotate our buses for maintenance schedules and all are up to regulatory standards. There are also other vehicles on the road that could be contributing to these types of fumes but as you can see from our hundreds of other reviews, this is not a normal problem.

We took the Adventure Tour today. Shaun was our drive/tour guide. The tour was very informative and hit on all aspects and sites around Charlestown. Shaun was very knowledgeable and funny. He knew the history of the city and also the direction the city was going. We have a 6 year old who likes to answer question and Shawn was great with him.
