Our driver took us around the city for sure. However, we could barely hear him and there wasn’t much in depth information shared. We have done tours in many cities and are used to guides being passionate and engaging. We didn’t experience that with this tour.

Our guide Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took the combo bus and boat tour. Very informative and we learned a lot about the city and the surrounding area. I would recommend these tours to anyone visiting Charleston.

My husband and I bought tickets for this tour in the visitors center. He was in a walker. The ticket agent could clearly see this. We went to board the bus and was told that we would have to store the walker in the seat with us. I also had to carry the walker without any assistance up the stairs of the bus to our seats. I will be 62 in January and I have had one hip replaced. This was not easy, but doable. What I was not aware of, is that carrying a walker down the steps is much more dangerous. I almost fell. A nice passenger helped me make it out safely. The bus driver, Al, never offered any helped. My husband, who is in heart failure, was trying to make positive memories. He left feeling unwelcome. Please, “See it All Bus Tour “instead of treating handicap people rudely on your tour buses do NOT sell tickets to them. It is just as simple as that.
