Departing from the Charleston Visitor Center in the late morning through mid-afternoon, this sightseeing tour includes a fully-guided, live-narrated trip throughout the city. See amazing gardens, wrought iron art, many of the city's 210 churches, and so much more. This tour is non-stop, but there will be a quick stop at the Battery for a photo opportunity. This area of Charleston is a beautiful spot on the waterfront and will showcase incredible southern-style mansions, oak trees, palmettos, statues, cannons and cannon balls, and marvelous views of Fort Sumter, Castle Pinckney, and the Sullivan Island Lighthouse at a distance.

We had Shawn as a tour guide at the 1:30 trip. I was amazed that he literally talked through the entire 90 minutes with great information . His knowledge of history was impressive . He also shared so much of common city. culture. Four of us traveled together and the trip was a highlight if our trip to Charleston . He was amusing without being too silly. Such a nice afternoon for our trip

Our tour guide was BT. He really knows his stuff! Great, colorful anecdotal stories really brought the sights to life. Our first day here- a great way to get our bearings and a grounding in Charleston’s rich history.

We took this tour as an introduction for us to Charleston. Our driver, Bill, was very friendly and informative and we saw tons of things in our 1 1/2 hour tour. (to the minute) It is just perfect timing as sitting in the van was very uncomfortable and tight- not at all accommodating to handicap. Temperature was perfect inside , AC, as lots of people complained about the lack of in hotter months. Only way to see Charleston and easy system to board at the Visitors Center.
