Charleston Stand-Up Paddleboard Eco Tour

Overview
This 2-hour introductory paddle on the Edge of America will get you into the basics of SUP, all in the calm flatwater of the Folly River. All safaris begin with "ground school" or SUP instructions with your Lifeguard Certified Instructors. We'll explore alongside the numerous beautiful native birds and bottlenose dolphins. We'll go with the flow, following the tides and wind direction for a great beginning paddle. At low tide we visit a private beach and go for a swim!

Group photo is taken at the end of the tour, which will be posted on our social media pages.

Aloha Michelle, Thanks for the great review and Caroline is an awesome guide. She loves teaching everyone how to SUP and has plenty of tips to share on the water. Jon

My husband and I (who are inexperienced paddle boarders) had a great time. It was my first time on the board and I felt well prepared to go out on the water. It was strenuous paddling against the wind/current on the way out, but we took a nice water break and learned about the marine life before an easy ride back in thanks to the current/wind. We saw some dolphins too! Our guides were very knowledgeable and kind. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend.

Aloha Kimberly, Thanks for the great review, we like to say "Mother nature is always in charge," so we always paddle against the tide or wind first. That guarantees that we can enjoy the fruits of our efforts on the way home. Throw in lots of dolphins, and the Folly River makes magic. We look forward to getting y'all back on the water next visit. Fun, easy and informative. Eric and JD were excellent guides! They gave clear instructions and were patient and kind with everyone. Our 9 and 11 year old daughters were paddle board pros by the end! We will definitely be back!

Aloha, Thanks for the great review and Eric and JD are two of most senior guides. They love to share all their knowledge with our SUPers of all ages. Jon
