This chef-guided food tour takes a journey through Pacific Northwest culture by tasting Seattle’s best artisan vendors in the famous Pike Place Market. Enjoy diverse tastings at 9 different locations— and food options like chocolate covered cherries, chowder, pizza, and much more. All groups are kept to 10-11 guests to ensure easier navigation of the market, more tastings, and a better platform to ask questions and interact with the group. Leave with a 10% discount card to shop and explore after the tour.

This is a walking tour that does require a moderate amount of physical fitness due to distance, small hills, stairs and cobblestone terrain.

Meeting Location: is 1600 First Ave outside of Simply Seattle. We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a black chef coat

I came to Seattle alone and so I was afraid to really explore but this tour was a perfect way to get comfortable with the city! The tour guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend :)

I could not have imagined coming to Pike Place Market and NOT doing this tour! Every part from beginning to end was magical. You could tell chef John really had connections and relationships in the market, and everything we tasted was out of this world!! He gave us amazing tips, history, and background of the market. His energy was infectious! You could tell he truly had a passion for food, and this incredibly place. I truly think this was our favorite experience of our trip, and it was worth every penny !! Chef John, thank you for leaving us laughing, and our belly’s full. You gave us a once in a lifetime experience that we will treasure forever!

This was the highlight of our trip. We were in Seattle to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday and decided to book this tour. Cannot say enough great things about it. We were given not only history of Pike's Place but each stop came with yummy tastings and vendor discounts after the tour. Our tour guides were phenomenal, Chef Heather and Chef Kent were knowledgable and even gave great tips on recipes and places to eat. We plan on returning with our spouses and doing the tour again! Don't leave this off your list to do in Seattle.
