This chef-guided food tour takes a journey through Pacific Northwest culture by tasting Seattle’s best artisan vendors in the famous Pike Place Market. Enjoy diverse tastings at 9 different locations— and food options like chocolate covered cherries, chowder, pizza, and much more. All groups are kept to 10-11 guests to ensure easier navigation of the market, more tastings, and a better platform to ask questions and interact with the group. Leave with a 10% discount card to shop and explore after the tour.

This is a walking tour that does require a moderate amount of physical fitness due to distance, small hills, stairs and cobblestone terrain.

Meeting Location: is 1600 First Ave outside of Simply Seattle. We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a black chef coat

My husband and I have never been to the market before and I'm so glad we did this tour instead of looking around by ourselves. The market is a beautifully chaotic jumble and the tour gave us the opportunity to try out the popular stuff and get our bearings a bit before we looked around ourselves. Chef John really knew a lot about the market and was very entertaining. My favorite stops on the tour were the yogurt place and the truffle queen... But every stop was awesome!

Our group of 4 friends really enjoyed the incredible energy of Chef John and all of the information that he shared about Pike Place Market! We loved the fast pace, the variety of foods to taste and the "inside information" on how to navigate the market. It was a very enjoyable 3 hours and we all felt like we got our money's worth!
