Chef Jacquie's tour of the Philly Italian Market was very informative and fun! She is a wonderful tour guide, who grew up 2 blocks away from the market and knows all the ins and outs. The food was great too - bonus!! We loved sampling the the meats and cheeses from DiBruno brothers, the balsamic vinegar and infused olive oils, the authentic italian pizza, and the canoli and coffee. Oh, and the wine was so nice too!

This was an excellent tour. The guide is so knowledgeable about the history of the area, she really kept our interest. Loved hearing about the different shops. Tasting the different balsamic vinegar and olive oils and asking for her advise as a chef was truly the highlight. The Sicilian pizza was amazing. Take the time to go on this tour. You won't be disappointed. It was the highlight of our trip. When we come back we will plan to use this amazing guide again to explore another area of Philly.

I always try to find a food tour where ever I travel to if I have time.... You definitely won’t be disappointed picking this one.... little bit of history of the market and surrounding area and great food.... I would take tour again if I was to come back just to hang out with Jacki...... like taking a tour with a friend
