My husband and I and another couple took this wonderful tour earlier today. Jacquie is a great guide and host. She is very funny, grew up in the heavily Italian surrounding area, and knows the best gossip about the shop owners! Come hungry - we had a yummy lunch with all the food samples she brought us. We also felt perfectly safe on the tour: everyone wears masks, only a few people can enter the shops at once, and you can sit at socially-distanced tables to enjoy your treats. Great tour for locals and for out-of-towners!

My husband and I took a private tour with Jackie, owner and tour guide, of the Italian market. Jackie is very knowledgeable of the history of the market, and she told lots of great stories. We got to sample some delicious food and learn a lot about the area. Very fun activity.

This was a delicious way to visit the Italian market. Jackie brought us to some of the well known and lesser known spots....and all of them were delicious. Each place had a special story. It was casual and the laughs never stopped. I also learned so much about an area that is basically in my back yard. Thank you Chef Jackie. Covid note: Jackie took all precautions for social distancing during the tour. Everyone had their own bag filled with napkins, paper plates, cups, etc. This was going above and beyond to keep the group safe and we appreciated it.
