We had a great time walking around the Italian market and trying all the food! We had really amazing gnocchi, tried tons of olive oils and vinegar, and learned some of the history of Italians in Philadelphia. Chef Jacquie was really easy to talk to and incredibly interesting as well!

Decided to try this tour when staying am extra day in Philly. So glad we did, it was a great time. Jacquie knows so many great places we'll be taking another of her tours when we come back

Chef Jacquie was a super welcoming and knowledgeable tour guide. Her deep roots to the Italian Market was in full display as she greeted shop owners and other locals with whom she has relationships going back many years. Our journey into Italian culture and cuisine started with the delicious food among various 9th street vendors, but spilled beyond the shops where Jacquie shared her knowledge about South Philly history, immigration, and how the market has changed over the years. All the food was excellent (so good I wish we had gotten more cheese at Di Bruno's) and Jacquie's inviting personality made this tour a great event for the whole family. We would definitely recommend.
