I always love to go here. We did an overnighter since we're a local now. People need to go there especially at night, it's so different compare when it's daylight. The weather was just perfect to dipped in the hot springs. My only gripe about the place is there's only 1 restaurant and a mini snack bar at activity center. Both are super touristry expensive. Such a ripped off for all of us. The room we stayed is aight, I was kinda disappointed that theres' no microwave in the room. The TV is small and there's only few channels that works.

Great time all around. Loved the ice museum and sled dog kennels. Hot springs were really nice and the scenery was beautiful. Could've spent the whole day walking around the resort trails. Our driver/guide Joe was excellent, really funny and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

Our flight home didn't leave Fairbanks until 9:00 PM. This 7 hour tour to Chena Hot springs was the perfect way to fill the day. Our driver, Linus, was excellent. He shared lots of information about the Hot Springs, and Alaska in general. It was clear that he loves the area, and was so enthusiastic. We stopped twice to watch moose eating in a pond, and his quick reflexes and driving skills prevented us from hitting a moose that jumped right in front of the vehicle. We enjoyed the Ice Museum and soaking in the Hot Springs. Linus was calm, patient, and got us back to the hotel in plenty of time for our transfer to the airport.
