He was on time & organized . He was well informed about Chicago’s history and fun facts about the city. He allowed all the guests to ask any questions & gave great recommendations to different places around the city (restaurants, bars, and tours). You should definitely go your first or second day of the trip to get the overall history of the amazing city of Chicago. If it matters I’m from NYC
