This is a complete rip off. Went to the dock well ahead of time, others were there too. There was no boat, we talked to the crew of the one boat that was there. They said there was no other boat. So our opportunity to see the Statue was ruined. Then when I contacted asking about a refund I was told the operator said the trip went as planned. Look elsewhere.

The boat dont show ans no one was inform. No email, nothing. We waited and waited and no one from the boat showed up.

We apologize but when Biden is in town and coast guard closes part of the water that is not in our control. National security comes first.

Couldn’t find the dock and literally missed the boat :( Perhaps better directions could be included in the ad.
