This deserves no stars! Do not book this cruise. Incorrect address on website, booking confirmation and ticket. It advised the cruise would leave from Pier 2, Brooklyn. Due to this miscommunication we missed the cruise. Such a disappointment! If you are providing a service you should ensure all information is correct to your customer. I had to call the tour company after realising no boat was arriving at Pier 2 and they advised they leave from Pier 36. Shocking. I now see Viator have amended the address after my complaint. I am still waiting for my refund let alone the extra travelling costs from uptown Manhattan and my time that was wasted!
