We didn't have a problem. In the app we were able to get the tickets easily and quickly. But it is very important to book in advance, at least a week in advance, the attractions that require it. We chose Skydeck, Science and Technology Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum and Architectural Boat Tour. The only thing we didn't like was the aquarium, it was bursting and half was undergoing remodeling. I did the comparison and really the savings are like 50% at least.
