We were in Chicago visiting my son and his girlfriend and they had been wanting to take this tour, however when Covid hit the tours were on hold so we checked while we were in town in September and they were doing limited tours with social distancing and safe practices, so we decided to book. We did the 4 p.m. tour time on a Saturday as we didn't want to go in the dark we wanted to see the points the guide was pointing out and talking about. Our tour guide was a young blonde girl named Elise, she was super bubbly and you could tell she knew her facts and enjoyed her job. She was very informative and let us ask questions when ever we wanted. She did an excellent job of keeping us intrigued and interested in what she was presenting and she changed her voice and presentation with certain spooky or weird things which made it fun. Her personality helped too, when you have a guide who is so bubbly it's infectious. The tour is $45 for and adult ticket and it lasts a little under 2 hours from start to finish, you get off the bus 3 times to see things and to stretch. The bus is set up where every other row of seats is blocked off, and you have to keep your mask on the entire time which wasn't bad as the bus had air circulating. If you are into learning things about the city and the crime ring that was part of Chicago's history and it's bad guys then this is the tour for you. Just remember to tip your tour guide they work hard and were out of work for a few months, it's important to pump the money back into the city's economy, and to help out those who are just going back to work. ENJOY !!!!

The tour guide was beyond rude. My daughter pulled her to the side and explained this to her and she apologised.
